Curon's international recruitment services offer a cost-effective way to find motivated talent for our clients' companies or units. Our clients pay a one-time fee for successful recruitments.
We recruit nurses, caregivers, and daycare assistants for our clients' companies or units.
We are a responsible operator: All our activities are guided by the ethical guidelines and recommendations of international recruitment.
We take care of the recruitment of employees, their language training, and the relocation process.
Our clients have the option to recruit employees with basic skills in the Finnish or Swedish language.
Together with our clients, we manage the onboarding of the employee to the job and work environment and assist in organizing apprenticeship training.
The recruitment process from outside Finland takes approximately 6-12 months in total, depending on the desired language proficiency level. However, please ask us for more information about our international employees, as we may have quick solutions available in our network.
